The Mission Group’s short course on Creative Problem
Solving provides managers with the skill sets needed to identify
and implement a formal creative problem-solving program in
their organization.Companies that can problem solve in an
“outside of the box” manner, typically are the
leaders in their industry. By harnessing the power of a formal
problem-solving program, the potential for identifying and
extracting a sustainable competitive advantage is greatly

course outlines and explains a formal, systematic management
process for solving large, tangible problems. Our non-traditional
approach also teaches the attendee to search for solutions
